Darren Cheeseman MP Assigned New Parliamentary Secretary Role in Community Sport 

Earlier today, the Premier, the Hon. Daniel Andrews MP, announced several changes to a myriad of parliamentary secretary responsibilities.

Darren Cheeseman MP, the Member for South Barwon, has been assigned the responsibility of Parliamentary Secretary for Community Sport.

Mr Cheeseman’s new role will support the Minister for Community Sport, the Hon. Ros Spence MP, with the Government’s extensive work surrounding community sporting codes and clubs.

Mr Cheeseman’s work will also encompass the Andrews Labor Government’s new investment into the All Abilities Sport Fund. The fund will be designed to benefit people with disability and facilitate their participation in sport of all kinds.

Mr Cheeseman is looking forward to working with and supporting the Minister for Community Sport in delivering future Victorian sporting ventures.
